Its impossible to have anything other than "D". Most people think of Denmark because for the time being, its the most commonly heard Country besides The U.S and Australia (Thank you Princess Mary...)
As for the animal, the most Common is the Kangaroo, because its the most well known Australian native animal in the world. People who think Koala's show that they are actually smarter than people who think of the Kangaroo. Anyone who thinks kitten is only half correct, because the animal is technically a cat.
As for the fruit, Orange is the only common fruit that starts with "O". Again if you chose Koala then Apple, your smarter than the other 98% of the population.
If you were to quiz an american (living in america) on this, chances are they will end up with the same answers
