'05 President Shield Who Do You Think?

Obviously some ppl didnt read the entry form and the criteria needed to roll off for the Presidents Shield team. I dont have it in front of me but this is simply what is would be.

1. Under 18 years of age at the 1st of January 2005.
2. Reside in the state they are rolling off for prior to the roll off date.
3. Bowl in a Sanctioned League prior to the event.
4. Competed in an Area/State/National All Events in 2004. If this criteria has not been met, an individual can complete this requirement prior to the Nationals. ie. State 2005

I think that is pretty much about it and last time I looked they met the 1st 3 criteria and can satisfy the 4th prior to the Nationals.

As for the guys, one is a stroker and the other throws a Helicopter. Both very tidy, compact bowlers. Nothing too Special but accurate. Pretty much all I have seen of them.

As for telling them they are a Mouth, I think there is only 2 Mouths that post dribble on here and they are both from the same family!!

Joel, I am quite prepared to take you on if you want to take someone on. How does $100 a game sound?? You can pick the time and the venue. Being a Moonah bowler no doubt you would pick there as you would think you had some sort of advantage!!!!!!!!!!!!! LMAO

By the way does "1 ' 15 Year old" mean you are a "ONE FOOT (Height wise) 15 Year Old????? They probably wouldnt waste their time reaching DOWN to you!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ROTFLMAO Too Much Effort

Ok ive got the SA start trials form in front of me here.

Juniors MUST be under the age of 18 as at 1st January 2005, open to all junior TBA REGISTERED players residing in the state of South Australia, Regardless of average. ALL nominees must have bowled at least 24 games in a TBA Accredited league the year of shield, Prior to the Tournament. Must not bowl in any league which is not TBA accredited, nor another State/Zone/Territory President's shield trail. AND I don’t know if this is 4 all the other states and territories, but to be eligible for the next year’s trails, we have to bowl an all events in the State championships.

Gus, could you tell us who they are and a bit of background on them mate
It's great to see some new talent coming through and more importantly, wanting to play for Tassie.

I just hope that people don't start crap with them, and make them fed up with the game.

joel was practicing well averaging 175 in practice but with the events of the last 12hours on this web site I have stopped him competing and will start legal action to recover bowling fees in 48hours time. I was offering to set up a fundrasing commity but I will put my time to better events. all Blackwood Furniture under construction will be donated to other events .
Andrew Philliphs should feel for those who are struggling to raise funds as i was only trying to help.

OK, this just might be my view and DONT TAKE THIS THE WRONG WAY, during practice we do a lot of spare work and getting our approach right swing etc etc, during our games (that’s if we even have games) we don’t care what the score is, what we worry about is if we are hitting our target, extending, balancing.....etc etc.

So to me I don’t are if I ave 120 during training, as long as I hit my target and do everything right.....

The only time I see scores come into it is maybe during league and most importantly during a tournament.... atm im in a down slide..... But due to SA cup and shield trails come up very fast I have been training extra hard... to get myself up to peek performance.............

Firstly, What do you want to take it to court for. Thats being a bit over the top.

Secondly, I actually never mentioned any names so how can you file a Defamation Notice with a Lawyer against me. If you took it to be yourself and your son, thats your problem. I never actually said it was you or your son and you (or your lawyer) cannot prove beyond reasonable doubt that I meant you. Therefore, I dont have to give you an apology in any way, shape, or form. The only time I mentioned your sons name if when if offered to give him a game for a $100. Nothng against the law with that. Just seeing if he would take the bait as he was so keen to take someone on. If I was you, I would be posting an apology to the Phillipino Boys, or even do it in person at the roll-offs for them being called "All Mouth"

Thirdly, as for the "1' 15 Year Old" remark. Your son typed it, not me. I was just merely asking a question if that what he meant by it.

So, in summary, if you want to bring legal proceedings against me, by all means do. I dont back away from adversity, I tackle it head on. I also dont take lightly to being threatened. But you had better make damn sure you can prove I am guilty of a crime!! Wouldn't want you to waste you time and money.
