Max at Bowling Balls Australia is terrific- I haven't dealt with any of the other guys in Australia, but I suspect they're all pretty good as well.
If you decide to buy something from the states, try buddies pro shop or bowlingball.com. Just remember to do a currency conversion on the total cost (including shipping at the end). A lot of the time it's actually cheaper to buy stuff here. For example, a Black widow Pearl at $129US plus shipping to Australia which is generally around the $80US mark would be $219US, or $273.55AUD- bear in mind all of the local pro shops are doing the same ball for $275, including drilling/inserts and shipping. So have fun, but be smart. Once you factor in postage costs and currency conversion, it ends up being around about the same.
