Hey, does anyone know whats goin on wit Warnambool lanes??
apparently they got sold... Junior Country Cup is sposed to be there this year.. anyone have any idea whats goin on?

I heard someone say the bowl was going to be demolished and apartments built there.As to whether this is going to eventuate time will tell.

Just to let everyone know exactly what's going on, yes Warrnambool is for sale by tender. Tenders close on the 16th of March,.
So at this stage it is unclear what will happen with the bowl, as it is in a prime position, and may be bought by developers. Let's hope not.
I am told there is considerable interest in the venue, we, of course would love to see it remain a bowl.
So there is not anyone out there with a spare $2.3M to buy this property just let me know and I will pass your details onto Don & Alison
