It is with sadness that I have learnt of the passing of David Napier Snr Tonight

Dave was not only an instrumental life member of the LVTBA but also involved in bowling at all levels for a long period of time

I was privileged to work alongside this wonderful gentleman who dedicated so much of his wisdom, expertise and voluntary time to the bowling fraternity in Victoria, and nationally.

A quiet hero in our sport to whom we owe enormous gratitude.
