There is no entry form. This is open to all bowlers that are over 40 years of age. You need to join the ATBSO to be eligible to bowl and also be a TBA member. You put your name down for the squad you want to bowl in (you can bowl in both squads if you want). You then turn up on the day and fill in a membership form, pay your membership and also purchase an ATBSO shirt and you are okay to bowl.
