Trauma Er

i was thinking about get a first or second hand Trauma ER, but i don't know how it would go because i am a faster than average bowler and a low rever (5 revs). So if someone has a trauma ER could you write back and tell me you go with it or how i might go with it.

My mate used to have one, and from what i saw of it, the ER likes to hook a fair bit.
