Strike Machine!
The Strike Machine features the most advanced core design in bowling history. The Robo Core possesses chameleon like qualities having the widest RG range of any core design in the history of bowling. This is a unique benefit which allows Track to use a variety of new and aggressive cover stocks. The critical pieces of this design have been strategically positioned so that mass can be shifted to the key locations which create the best overall combination of mid-lane/backend reaction. The right balance of mid-lane reaction and backend response is what makes a great bowling ball in the modern game for today’s bowlers.
The Strike Machine also features Track’s newest and most aggressive reactive cover stock using Nano-Tread™ technology. This advanced formula from BASF contains a new polymer that creates microscopic treads throughout the surface of the shell. The treads act like a high performance tire on your car cutting through water, or in this case through today’s high viscosity oils that have up to 14 different additives of slip agents. Nano-Tread™ also has the highest oil soak rate of any shell that Track has ever used on a bowling ball. The oil stays on the ball less time, which helps prevent the wiggle or squirt that is sometimes seen on carry down or when the lane is in a transition. This means more consistent ball motion longer while bowling in tournaments or in league.
The Strike Machine was designed to complement and roll differently than either the Robo Rule or the Machine. It has more backend response to go around the lane pattern, or for bowlers with less axis rotation and or ball speed. Bowlers with higher speeds and rev rates will be able to move in and create tremendous area at the break-point
