Got it in one Trev. It is great to see these people achieve little steps at a time without all the other crap that goes in the bowling Politics. They neither ask for anything nor expect anything, except praise on what they reckon is something they have achieved. I am a firm believer in telling them if they have done something good (well in their eyes they have - LOL), but also a firm believer in telling them if they aren't so good, not with bowling, but with anything in their every day life styles. You have to work with them to really understand, but working with them also gives me a better appreciation of my own kids and their beliefs also. You are dead right though, let's hope the whole of Oz can get behind people like the ones I work with who enjoy this sport. You won't be disappointed, beleive me,
