REIGN OF FIRE

Intent
Developing a complete product line is always a top priority at Storm® Products. From our Premier™ line down to the Ice™ line, we are constantly seeking feedback from the pro shops & bowlers.

The consensus was that we needed a strong solid reactive in the Thunder™ line. The long standing history of this line has always been performance & price, so our goal was to give you the best bang for the buck.

With that being said we are proud to announce the release of the Reign Of Fire™.

Design
The key to the Reign Of Fire™ is the utilization of the R2S™ solid reactive coverstock. From its inception, it has proven to be one of the most versatile coverstocks ever manufactured. With its strong surface profile & excellent friction characteristics it was the obvious choice for this latest release.

The fuel for the Fire so to speak is the C.A.M.™ (Continuous Axis Migration) weight block. The combination of the unique contours along the weight block with the strategically placed weighted mass blocks deliver optimum mid-lane roll with volatile backend reaction.

how does it hold up on heavy oil?

With the R2S coverstock it will handle oil fairly well. R2S has been seen on numerous releases including the Special Agent, Rapid Fire and currently on the Furious.

The CAM core is strong in the midlane with excellent contiuation through the backend. If you are after a ball to handle medium-heavy patterns it would be suitable. If you want something for the real soup (can't recall the last time i actually saw it!) then you may want to step up into an Invasion.
