Congrats Kellie on making the team... Hard luck Jase on just missing out. At least you still put in a decent showing

Good luck in Tassie :D

First of all congratulations to all that made the teams and to Kate and George on being selected Captains.

I would also like to thank Andrew Shinnie, Mary Flower and her Team of helpers and support staff, for giving up 2 full weekends of there time just to run these events. Alot of hard work is done by all behind the scenes that often goes unnoticed and unrewarded, and i know that without all of this the whole roll offs wouldn’t have gone a smooth we all thank you for that.=D> =D> =D> =D>

Well done to everyone who made the team. The conditions were very challenging and all who made it definitely deserved to.

Also, big thanx to Mary and everyone else behind the scenes. What you do doesn't go unnoticed!

Following on from the comments of others, our congratulations to those bowlers who made the Sth Qld teams to go to Tassie in October, and to the rest of the field who tried but unfortunately missed out. Not too many telephone numbers in the scores - gotta love that long and short oil  - nobody was handed their spot on a silver platter ....it was hard earned!

To Mary and her team, we hope you enjoyed that well earned beer(s) on Sunday evening - the hours and the work that you put in for this event since we came back from Illawarra last year have been long and hard, and it culminated in a very successful turnout for both representative teams. We, the bowlers, know and appreciate your efforts ;) . Also want to thank the Bates boys - father and son - for a fairly trouble free weekend at Caboolture.

Just wanted to add that it was such a great atmosphere on the lanes during the rolloff.....with the prize of a state team berth in the offing, everyone was relaxed and happy, didn't seem to be any "playing for sheep station" antics in the players area, and we only saw one or two swipes at the ball returns following bad shots. What made it exciting was that placement in the mens team for some came down to the last couple of frames.....:D

We look forward to seeing TBAQ's assessment of this years rolloff and what changes, if any, they will make to the procedure for next year.

Congrats to both Kimmy and Coops!!
Well done guys!! With a bit of luck I will be able to catch ya down in Tassie!
Coops, this Brunswick stuff seems to keep you 'in there like bedhair' hahaha!!

Well Done guys!
