It was a real struggle yesterday ... in the 144 games bowled by our guys, i think there was about 4 x 200 games. :?

I think I need to go out and avg 180 today for the six games, that might be lucky enough to just scrape in ..

You wouldn't think that would be too hard for someone currently averaging 185, but for some reason they have laid down a sports pattern for the roll off :evil: :idea: , and I don't think i have the right equipment in my two ball arsenal. But i certainly haven't given up.

Our best scratch avg for the day was 168.

Will keep trying, mate ... :oops:

Will post the results with handicaps and averages after today.

I reckon one of the big boofy blokes with a snoring problem should be good for Ronnie.

I can tell you there will be no drinking done on our team ...

Anyone I catch with Alcohol will have it confiscated :wink: and if I was them, I wouldn't expect it back after the tournament has finished. :D

You will know if I caught anyone when I get to the bowl on the next day .. I'll have the sunnies on .. 8) 8) 8) :D

If you were any sort of manager you would do them a favour and drink it for them, so that they don't accidently drink it during the tournament and have their focus wander from what they are really there for.
 
Actually Graham there is a procedure already in place regarding confiscated alcohol. It must be handed in to the State secretary immediately following the competition.

I am well versed in the subject of Alcohol confiscation.

Last year I had to confiscate a couple of bottles from the liquor shop that was downstairs at the nationals. And they only charged me retail price.

Then I had to confiscate my own alcohol, and disperse of it as I saw fit.

Unfortunately, we were limited to one alcoholic drink each night. :( Fortunately there were a couple of guys in the team who told me that i could have theirs. :D

As players representative i think i should be in the all expenses paid penthouse suite, just so i can keep my wits about me! I have to be nice and sharp so i can come up with as much crap as possible to put on the other states! :wink: PS everyone wants to hope like hell that im still unable to drink come nationals! :wink:
