The League I intend to nominate with (the only one I bowl) will not commence until late january (at best). Will TBA accept the nomination form with a sanction number ?

Had a feeling that was what you meant. There could be quite a few people without a sanction number at this time of year. Not really a problem, most should have them by the second leg.
