AMF Kedron is taking expressions of interest for a 5-game Scratch Doubles SPORT league for 2009.
The first week will be Tuesday 5th February @ 7.30pm. There will be a meeting one week prior to discuss the league season.
There will be 2 split seasons, each running for 20 weeks. Bowlers can choose to bowl only 1 season, or do both.
At the meeting, bowlers will be able to choose up to 5 SPORT patterns that they would like laid down during the league season. The 5 most popular choices will be used at random (in 4-week blocks) throughout the season and bowlers will be informed what pattern will be used.
5 games of doubles each week with points system to be determined at league meeting. $35 per week.
Current proposed prize fund (based on 10 teams, 20 week season):
1st place team - $1000, 2nd - $850, 3rd - $700, 4th - $600, 5th - $500, 6th - $400, 7th - $300, 8th-10th - $200.
