I'm still standin'
Totalbowling not doing live scores this year????

nothing updated on TBA website as yet, first squad should nearly be finished

I rang Moorabbin about 20 minutes ago and was told they were waiting on the person authorised to post them to arrive. Scores should be posted on the TBA site soon.

TBA website is notoriously slow, always slower than total bowling was. I always followed the total bowling live scores because they were generally 2 games ahead of the other.

But now we have to rely on that site...I'm not sure who even does the live scoring for them, didnt Iann pull the pin?

I decided not to do live scores any more due to other commitments.

AMF pulled the pin on Ian Nicholls.

Tony Goodwin will be posting scores from the SPC on the forum throughout the weekend.

Olny showing 8 bowlers in A squad, I thought most of the WA bowlers were in A??????

Thats right only a total of 14 people.

Oh what fun we had......

Will need to find something to improve the great performance of today tomorrow. Mind you have seen that the scores after first 4 of "B" are only a littel better, except for a few that have run away.

Seems like there has been a pretty challenging condition put down for bowlers this year. Good to see and also interesting looking at the scores to see how people are working to overcome it.

Would have been nice to test myself on this condition but unfortunately we have to earn a living.

Good luck to all left to bowl today and for tommorrow. Will be watching the scores with interest.

With regards to scores being so slow, I think we were all spoiled by what Ian and Graham had dished up to us in recent years. Yes we would all still like to have the same but unfortunately for all of us, economy or the mighty dollar decides what we can and can't have. I think we should all appreciate the fact we can see scores at all on the web and not have to wait for now non existent magazines or what's the score.

Maybe in the future economies will again allow Graham to provide us with the same luxury we enjoyed for the last couple of years.

Good bowling

Nothing to do with money. It was a personal decision to not continue travelling to events.

Great to still see scores on the ATBA website.

Thanks to Peter Coburn for these l believe. Saw him at the bowl, and then the scores started to come through.

Peter thanks for taking the extra time from your busy days to spend at the bowl to update all us bowlers.

Re: Spc - Congratulations to George and Claire

Congratulations to George Frilingos and Claire Johnson on their respective wins in this years SPC.

George, told you it was your turn, just a pity (for me) that your qualifying average was higher than I picked!!!

Claire, well done, you have bowled extremely well, and are sure to go far!

both of you enjoy your trip overseas
