I have significant interest from an overseas investor wanting to purchase a bowling centre in either Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane and suburbs. The interest is for a city located bowling centre not for a regional centre.
The buyer is genuine - and although the preference is for Sydney as first choice, other cities as noted are also of interest.
