Scoring query

We had a bowler pull out of a game due to injury and he was legally replaced. TBA rules are quite clear regarding the scoring and we know the game cannot be used to calculate an average because it was bowled by 2 people.

The 'combined' game was also high enough to win (this is head to head) the individual game point.

Question is, how is that game point allocated in the League records?

The starting bowler receives credit for the point.
By the way, the starting bowler ALSO receives the score, but it cannot be used towards their average.
