rosin bag & hand conditioner

Can anyone tell me the differences between the rosin bag and hand conditioner (functions, ways of using them etc...)? Really confused....

Not a hard one this, Rosin gives Extra Grip, Hand Conditioner keep the hand Dry.

And I find that neither of them work particularly well, and I hate using them with the feel they leave on your hand.

thanks reg im sure Rudy is great.

However the reason i use conditioner is because its just something ive done ever since i got my first finger tip ball i just like the consistentcy of it.
