Qld State Manager?

Hi...
could someone please advise me who the Qld State manager is, and whether or not he or she attended the SMM meeting during the nationals in Sydney?

North Queensland has a State Manager who is Ian Waters from Townsville.
South Queensland does not currently have a State Manager.
State Managers in Qld are appointed by TBA National and not by TBAQ.
TBA National has consistantly refused to appoint TBAQ as its representative in Queensland citing "conflict of interest".
(You will have to ask June Voukolos for an explanation of that one.)
