An AGM was scheduled to be held at the start of the Sunday roll-off.
This meeting has now been re-scheduled to start following the completion of the roll-off .
This has been changed in order to give contestants the opportunity to nominate for committee positions.
In addition to that those bowlers successful in making the teams will be asked to appoint a player representative from each team.
The player representatives will automatically go on the committee. It is hoped that this will provide an improved line of communication between committee and team.
