QLD CUP Free Spot

This is for bowlers not heading to Melbourne for the Australian Open on Easter weekend:

What: QLD Cup Free Spot Tournament
Where: AMF Kedron Bowl
When: Good Friday - 18th April, 2003
Time: 1pm
Cost: $50 - 8 games scratch

If you would like the chance to win a free entry into the 2003 Queensland Cup on 28-29 June, this free spot tourn is for you. It is also an opportunity for bowlers to practice on the lanes where the event will be held.

All bowlers bowl 8 games scratch, with the highest scratch pinfall winning the free entry. 2nd and 3rd places will both receive a half free entry each. Based on 35 entries

These free spot tournaments were successful last year, with 2 in total. This year we have only allocated for one so far, but we will hold another with enough support from bowlers.
