Purchase of BowlAustralia by MLE??

AMF is now part of MLE with ROY M CEO, and also CEO of Bowl Australia.

Bowl Australia was supposed to bought for $10 million by MLE.

So Far no announcement on the ASX of the sale of BowlAustralia to MLE

Why?

MLE today (23rd March) have posted on the ASX their Half Yearly Accounts.

This included a note that the sale to MLE was completed on 3rd March for $7 million with an extra $3 million payable on the opening of two new centres

anyway.....Bowl Australia - is/was it a publicly listed company? If not, would an ASX announcement be required?

Seems to me you would like to say a lot more and maybe you are just waiting for the moment....
