Not wanting to take anything away from the usual threads re: promotion, oil patterns, how the game has changed since the 50s (you get my point)

I would like to say a big well done to our Aussie reps Sam, Bec, Amp, Brendan & of course all the officials competing over in NZ in the commonwealth championships..

With the singles, doubles & mixed doubles over and done with the medal count is impressive to say the least

Gold - Sam Cooley - singles
Gold - Brendan Meads & AMP - mixed doubles
Bronze - Bec Whiting & AMP - ladies doubles
Bronze - Sam Cooley & Brendan Meads - men's doubles
(^^i think they are all correct^^)

Our bowlers are a great chance for medals in the teams, all events & the triple diamond trophy

Keep it up guys, bring it home strong
