Last year there was talk between a few people towards coming up with a trophy to play for between the two teams from QLD, played for during the De Veer series. Last year finished at a 14-14 draw.

We need a suitable name for it.....

Anyone got any ideas?
 
How about the Total Tinnie? We should get Williams to sponsor it.

Queensland has given his site a great deal of readership lately. Well Graham?
 
I'd like to name it after a long serving player/manager/coach ....

And not Garry Arnol or Roger De Witt ... they don't play for us ... I want someone from QLD who deserves recognition for their efforts.

any ideas again?
 
In that case it should be named after the Manager of the first ever winning Qld team. And make sure you spell my name right.

Hey im all for calling it the TotalBowling Cup - do we need a trophy first though ? :)
 
how about the Queensland City / Country Shield, or is that too stereotypical,

Queensland Charity Shield,

by the way, why the spanner cup? lets just call it the TOOL CUP
