Just tell them where the mistakes are instead of opening another can of worms and they might fix them.

Thankyou for bringing that to our attention Stefan.
I have gone through and fixed all of the problems i could find. The only form that has been changed is the Northcote Championships 2006 Entry Form.
The others remain the same.
