direct connect and kazaa are the only two programs you need mate.
Kazaa for the fast tranfsers and if you dont mind waiting a little longer at a speed of about 40k's then direct is great as it shares are nearing a petrabyte!

WinMX have just released their latest upgrade. Well worth downloading the new version if you're into file sharing. Sure leaves Bearshare and Morpheus for dead.

Kazaa is also full of spyware .. watching the sites you visit "for marketing purposes" of course

yeah i've heard bout that,

does it affect kazaa lite too? i know kazaa lite doesn't have any of the adds of spyware, the other good server i have found (for cable only) is irc warez-central on the criten server

loads of t3 or 0sec connections serving up there

I would be inclined to stay well away from Kazaa right now. Don't take my word, do a search on the Benjamin virus, its been designed specifically for Kazaa.
