Gavin at Richlands hooked me up with an NS2 last weekend, and after trying it on a few different conditions, I'm pleased to say that it is one awesome ball. I was ideally looking for a ball that provided a smooth predictable reaction and being a heavy Particle-load coverstock the NS2 was an easy choice.
The Ball has been drilled with the pin at 1 o'clock and basically setup for maximum flare. I've left it at the box finish which is a light sheen. As expected, the NS2 gets into a very early roll flaring in mid-lane and then makes a strong yet controlled arc back to the 1-3 pocket. I have a Yeah Baby that is drilled with a very similiar layout, and comparing the two I've found the NS2 to provide an earlier move yet more controlled back-end reaction, rather than the skid/snap of the Yeah Baby.
I now have 4 Legends/Lane Masters balls, yet I am still shocked by the hitting power these balls produce.
Big thanks to Gavin at Richlands.. Excellent service as always..
Cheers,
Tim Kelly.
