The following is a partial extract from a Coaching Document that went out recently from TBA.

and then the athlete will either stay in the squad or be terminated.

Seems a bit extreme to us..

What's the context of that rule?

I think the document came from Bali Bowl. When I was bowling there were armed guards on the door with rifles over their shoulders. Maybe they were expecting the training squad to arrive. Adds a new meaning to incentive......
