Long time Gold Coast bowler, Wally Kupfer, died last Saturday after a recurrent illness. His funeral is to be held at Southport Uniting Church on Tuesday 11th at 1.00pm. Wally was a league bowler at Ashmore since it opened, and he was one of the nicest guys you could ever wish to meet. He never complained and he never had an unkind word for anyone. He also will be sorely missed.
