More expert advice needed

How should I go about entering min and max settings for my swap file? Have done several searches on this and all I get is heaps of conflicting opinions. Is there a text book method or should I just leave it to windows?

leave it 2 windows.... dont use norton 2 do it cos it slows your system down.. i used it once and had countless problems...
so yeh.. unless ya really know wot your doin dont touch it.
