Milton Tenpin Update

M

milton

Well after the first 3 days of putting out entry forms for this tournament I received about 20 names. And thats about where it stops. Entries have stop coming in - Come all you bowlers who rang and emailed me saying how great it is to have a centre trying to help tournaments in Brisbane. Get your name down so this one does not get cancelled like most other tourns.
Its only $70.00 for 15 games???

If my circumstances were a bit better i would gladly be involved.Don't get discouraged, keep pushing it then the entries will come.If this event is on for a second year then put my name down. But for the immediate future the debt monster has my full attention.
Make sure you give Kat and Harold plenty of stick for me.lol
Till next time

Hi All,

Just like to encourage everyone to get behind the Milton Tournament. Jeff has worked real hard to try to bend over backwards to make a tournament that everyone can bowl in. Some good sponsorship from Col Pearson Automotive and the condition at Milton currently isn't that bad (quite good actually). So come on lets get behind this tournament, otherwise I fear that it may not go ahead...a real shame.

If my name isn't already down put it down in any squad, it doesn't matter, I'll be there.

Will someone please post what the date is / I can't get the entry form to display.

Format
15 Games scratch

Example: Harry - bowls 220, 150, 220
He would drop the 150 game, which would
give him a total of 440 for that block

 This Tournament will be sanctioned with T.B.A.L & Tenpin Qld. T.B.A.L Sanction no - A01/0270
 This tournament is based on 60 entries and the pay-out will be adjusted accordingly to entries received.
 All ties will be shared.
 The winner of the high game award will be the highest game of
the tournament. If a tie occurs for this prize, the bowler who bowled the high game 1st shall receive that prize. Example –
John bowls 300 on Saturday in the 9th game. Peter bowls 300 on Sunday in the 3rd game. Peter wins the prize.

Hope it helps Jim
