Michael Little has succesfully defended his title as Garden City New Year Open champion at Garden City Lanes in Toowoomba.
Mick defeated George Frilingos in the final to take home the winners cheque of $4,000. (Tournament results are posted in the Qld section)
Tournament bowlers should put the second weekend of January next year (9th, 10th and 11th January) on their calendar to make the trek to Toowoomba to try to put another name on the trophy apart from Mick, who has won the first two stagings of the event.
