Congrats to Sam Cooley and Lexi Nicoll on taking out masters at strikezone this weekend, Lexi was ahead all day finishing on a 215 average 280 pins ahead of 2nd place Lysa Harrison on a 192 average and finishing in 3rd was Aimee Bennett on a 193 average. Sam came out with a massive start throwing a huge 2019 for the first 8 games and a 290 game sitting on a 252 average which was 242 pins clear of 2nd. Then after 5 games matchplay Sam finished off on top winning by 20 pins and a 228 ave to 2nd place myself bowling a 225 average and finishing in 3rd was Kevin McRea on a 220 average. Well done again to Sam and Lexi.

Averages were very high all weekend, and it was great to see so many high games being bowled, and so many good matchplay games bowled. Going into the last match of matchplay, 1st and 2nd in the boys played off in a thriller which saw Sam hold on for the win by 20 pins after a 76 pin deficit. Well done on everybody's part.
