I have now made a modification to the forum, allowing users to attach files to their posts. This will allow users to post their own Tournament Entry Forms etc.
Allowed Extension Groups and their Sizes
Documents -> Maximum Upload Size: 750 KB

Images -> Maximum Upload Size: 256 KB
