How Much Sleep Do U Need Before A Big Tourny???

hey all,

me i usually crave about 4-8 hours before a tourny like shield but i can go off no sleep at all coz it all turns into adrelinan about 5 minutes before i pick up a bowling ball. i think me and strazz had about 3 hours eacch night of shield and still ave 210+ for the both of us.
i just want to know ho[w much anyone else needs before a big tourny?
