Just wanted to say;

Congratulations on your win in the NSW Open.

Congratulations on your 300 (Now I am only 9 or 10 behind you)

Commiserations on the Australian side. I like a lot of others feel you are most deserving of a spot in the National side, but apparently your aren't licking any @#$# and if you are then it is the wrong ones.

Seriously though "what doesn't kill you makes you stronger", and I have no doubts that you will be wearing the green and gold some time in the not too distant future.

Maybe the selectors need to consult their GP's and get the dosage of their medication lowered, to enable them to have some normal form of brain function that allows common sense to prevail.

I might be wrong but I thought that professional bowlers or bowlers who make their living from bowling are ineligble for national sides.
Somebody correct me if this is wrong

The rule is if a bowler states that they are a professional, or belong to a professional association, then they are inelligable. HOWEVER George stated that he was a "professional AMATUER" and therefore is fully elligable

Yep, well done George on a good tourny, although your support crew on this site, is, im hoping just speaking outta there arses and not yours!!
Your not the first nor last to bowl 300........your not the first nor last to win the open........AND absolutley not the last to be omitted from what is a very strong side!!!!!
Id hate to select one of the fellas to be kicked out for a spot for you, ........hey thats right there need not be as they are all very worthy!!!!!
Lets hope the people who count, dont read the shit from fellow patriotic marooners as we all know performance comes first closley in second would be gratitude!!!!!

I thank the people on this site for support. I wish the strong team good luck at the World Championships both women and men. I can only hope that through some more good bowling I maybe eligable for nexts years team.

Hey Reg,

Who exactly are the people that count ??? Or is that just your way of crawling up the Aussie Selectors and TBA's ass.

Now I have been bowling at both junior and senior level for the last 26 years, I have also worked in the bowling industry for a number of years. So I must say that I take exception when some ignorant ill-informed half-wit like you gets on here and accuses me of talking out of my arse.

Nobody said George was extra special for bowling 300 or for winning the Open, but if you can show me a bowler who has shown more consistently good form over the last 12 months then I'd be surprised.

I couldn't care less if George came from a two horse town at the back of Darwin, the fact is he has been the form Australian bowler over the last 12 months. The ratings (both TBA & AMF) support this arguement, or maybe in the dreamy dillusional world you live in they don't count either.

Finally Reg, the next time your medication wears off and you get a brain wave to get on this site and bag people, I feel you should heed the old saying "It's better to say nothing and be thought an idiot, than to open your mouth and remove all doubt".
