most people are probably "too serious" because bowling is very expensive and time consuming! so it doesn't pay to stuff around (sometimes)

You're right, everyone takes bowling far too seriously (or more seriously than required at times) - especially here in Toowoomba where the two centres have had some bad "history". With new management teams at both centres, the hostility however seems to be receeding.

hey tangles are u from toowoomba to? well any way i do a league on mondays at sunset and we bowl with lots of people and some of those people have an 167 average or something and they bowl 187 and they still bitch it rewens the sport for all of us!
