Thankyou Mary and the team for a wonderfully run weekend. You all did extremely well dealing with the heat (and bowlers ) as well as you did. Another great tournament, as we always come to expect. Only one gripe - could you add an extra few units to the condition next time?

I wouldn't have thought so Jase, but fair call. I don't think Mary will take it the wrong way. I think she is pretty used to my comments and "suggestions" by now...

I don't think there was any harm in what I said.

I think that you need to remember that Mary doesn't set the condition, per se.....that is done by the centre concerned. Logic says that if squad lists are posted as far in advance as they are, and the centres are keeping abreast of the numbers, then THEY are the ones who should be adjusting the volume of oil to suit the actual number of competitors before the first squad rolls out.

Being my first Twin Tour experience, i would just like to congratulate Mary and her team on a well run event. Considering the volume of competitors i would say that the weekend ran without a hitch (well except for few house issues that is beyond your control). Yeah the heat was a factor, but at the end of the day there is nothing anyone could do about it.

Can't wait for Redcliffe!! Oh Mary, by the way can you please put me down for the 1.00pm squad on 18 March... that would be great.

It was great to bowl in such a relaxed atmosphere.

Im sure ill be bowling in a couple more before the years out.

With her band of Merry (helpers) Followers and the tremendous support of SPONSORS ,this tour has always lived up to its motto " For poeple who love to bowl" when it started at it's first stop at Caboolture in 2000. ( Still remember that day ).

Just one ? Lady Flower about Redcliffe. Do the Saturday Night Squad(B) get to bowl with coloured pins?

Either way count me in for B squad please.

Hamster, I had not thought of THAT !!!! What a great idea !! That could be added to the eternal list of reasons why we don't score (not casting the blame on the new era of bowlers as I was complaining 30 odd years ago!!!)
