Just a Bowler
Was it HOT or What ? Firstly to the Sue and her staff a big pat on the back for a job well done . The air con struggled its way thru the day with temps in the mid 30's on the lanes but around the 70's down the back( what a way to lose wieght).
Congrats to everyone that competed, just bowling in those conditions was an effort in itself and to the crowd for thier great support.
Again Carl showed why he's the benchmark here in QLD with a great win avg 237 for 14 games. He was 132 pins clear of myself at 226 avg. Darren Suna was 3rd , 8pins behind and 3pins in front of Zane Que 4th and Darryl Alford was 5th a further 2 pins back.
Again well done to everyone (let's hope it never gets that hot again)and see you at Richlands for the Western Open.
On a personal note i like to thank A.M.F. for the bonus for the 300.
