I would like to congratulate Di Lennell, Jill Morris, Helen Pellegrini and Val Smith for winning GOLD in the Womens Teams friday afternoon in Canberra. Fantastic bowling by all the ladies. Great work!!
Also, Val Smith won SILVER in the Womens All Events, only to be beaten by Jeanetter Baker. Helen finished a fine 5th, Jill 11th and Di 40th.
In the Mens, the final singles listing, Jeff Elliott 13th, Rex Mead 36th, Ray Hulme 37th and Glenn Lennell 39th.
Doubles results, Ray & Rex 6th and Jeff & Glenn 17th.
Teams finished 8th.
All Events Jeff 11th, Rex 21st, Ray 32nd and Glenn 38th.
