In front of me, I have the Encyclopedia of Bowling Spares. Some other names for splits and spares are, even though, some I have no idea about their origin:
Baby Split: The 2-7 or 3-10
Baby Split with Company: The 2-7-8 or 3-9-10
Barmaid: A pin hidden behind another pin

Big 5: Spare leave of 3 on one side and 2 on the other ie; 4-6-7-9-10

Christmas Tree: 3-7-10 for RH or 2-7-10 for LH
Cincinnati: 8-10
Clothes Line: 1-2-4-7 or 1-3-6-10
