Sorry for the delay guys.. But due to a special occaison I could not post on here last night (saturday)..

Due to some men pulling out during the week, the field was cut down to 9. Disappointing really. But what can you do. As you can see, Isaac and Katherine only missing out by a little - especially Katherine. It came down to the very last game and even ball for this years team. Unfortunatley some one misses out.

Good to see some new faces in there, although the female team has some experience in there to show the newies how it's done :lol: And new faces in the mens team too.... Good to see...

BEST OF LUCK TO THIS YEARS DE VEER TEAM - GO GET EM GUYS AND BRING HOME THE TROPHIES FROM TOWNSVILLE IN OCTOBER!!!

WELL DONE to everyone on making the team this year.
To Katherine and Isaac on just missing out shows it was pretty close but for Katherine in her first time trying out well done you did well!!

It was good to see some new faces in the trials this year and regardless if you did not make it still be proud! because you all did well!
To the team, bring home the trophies in October and show Australia what SA is really all about!! :wink: But We know you will always give it your best and do us proud. WELL DONE EVERYONE

Management Team announced!!

Today at their first gathering the 2003 De Veer Management Team was announced.

The WOMEN have VAL SMITH with a dual role of MANAGER AND COACH, the MEN have JEFF ELLIOTT again with the dual role of MANAGER AND COACH and their overall TEAM MANAGER is ANNA DUIN.

And 2 men have withdrawn (Simon Potter and Tony Downes) being replaced with Isaac Elliott and Neville Hannam.

Good luck to the Teams... Hopefully the management team will keep the bowlers all in order :lol:

Well done to Val and Jeff on their duel roles with deveer manager and coach, the team will do well with both of their experience and to Anna also well done, the team will do well for sure!!
