Fair Lane Conditions

just wondering what ppl thought was a fair lane condition?

what do you think would be a fair league condition?

&

what do you think would be a fair tournament condition?

also should league and tourny conditions be the same?

just wondering if ppl from up nth have a different view

A fair lane condition, for mine, is simply one where everyone has the opportunity to score at an equal level. That is, not favoring one style or side particularly over another. I don't really care if the scores are 180's or 230's to cut, as long as it's a level playing field for everyone.
