Does TBA registration cover a TQI league?

Can someone please give me a definate answer on this, i keep :? hearing all different stories.
If i am registered as a TBA player and i just joined a TQI league do i need to be a member of both?
I got told at my new league last night that i would have to pay them another ten dollars to go to TQI even though i am already fully paid up with TBA.

I'm not 100%, but am fairly sure that TBA registration does not cover a TQI league, However I do know that if you register with TQI (which i am) they have been covering TBA registration as well for the one fee. Best thing to do is check with ur league secretary with the TQI league as i'm sure they would know or be able to find out.
