De Veer averages

Hi

With all the talk here of De Veer, I thought I'd ask...how are De Veer averages calculated? What counts towards a De Veer average - league play, competition play, or both? Over how many games? How are the averages verified?

last year was the first time i bowled deveer
so i might be wrong when i say this
i think it was
average at the end of last year had to be 184 or under to qualify
then the average after the roll offs is taken
then the average after state championships is taken
then the average after australian championships is taken
and the they take an average over those four

We also used each days competition scores to adjust it each night in 05. I believe the same was going to be done this year gone, with the added stipulation you had to bowl 3 games per day minimum.
