Custom Bowling Balls

I have recently seen a really cool looking bowling ball used at the World Masters on Pay TV. It was a clear ball containing a Gargoyle.
Anyone have any idea where you can get one and how much? The missus was really impressed with it for a spare ball

That particular ball is made by an American bowling ball company named " Visionary". I'm sure if you search the net you'd be able to find an online proshop who could suplpy you one. This is their website

That particular ball is about 2 years old (maybe older). Its a plastic ball, designed for spares and fun Funky Chicken has one in Townsville, thats about the only one you'll find in the country as they don't have a distributor over here.

They are really cool balls, guaranteed to get a reaction from people. (I wish I has a $ for every person who has wanted to check the ball out - even social bowlers when I have been bowling league), but unfortunately they are discontinued so as such they are rare as hens teeth. As far as I know mine is the only one in Australia.

Your best bet would be to contact Betsy Myers or James Wonders (President) at http://www.visionarybowling.com/ and they may be able to point you in the right direction. However, I know a couple of other people who have tried to get one with no luck.

If this doesn't work you could always offer me the right amount of folding greens, and I could be tempted to part with mine.
