Just wondering if anyone else experiences well known bowlers coming out with the stupidest things.....well what you think are stupid but they dont.....

Not so much well known bowlers, but:

Richlands last year, on a particularly dryish night when I happened to be carrying everything. Someone watching said something along the lines of "yeah, its easy when you can afford all these new balls that hook by themselves". "Uh, dude, it's a white dot..."

It's OK, it has lifters in it. :wink:

People still laugh when I tell them I carry a grey angle, white dot and a hard ball for spares. Aint Queensland conditions wonderful?

C'mon Rob get serious, you can't blame Qld conditions for you bowling with equipment that was used in the same year the Titanic sank.

Your main problem is that at 32kg ringing wet you don't have the power to throw the ball above 20kph, so come on up that speed, get some balls that are post 1980 and the world will be your oyster.
