Awesome effort by the Vic team.
Well done to Gunther on his high mens game, as well as having the second highest scratch average for the tournament, that's a nice effort! And looking at the results, Daryl, Tracey and Robyn bowled very well, fully deserving their place in the team of the year. Well done to Sue Jones as well, who was only a smidge away from breaking into the team.

Congrats to all members of the Victorious Team during the week. Just in case some of you spectators did not realise, but they broke several records on the way (to be confirmed)
Sue Jones won the first 11 games in a row. The Vic womens team went thru the whole tournament undefeated a fantastic effort and worthy of nominations next year for the team of the year award.
The guys managed to hang onto 2nd place by 1/2 point and had to win 7-0 in their last match against Tasmania who had secured the championship in the mens division. Nth Queensland also won 7-0 and thought that they had secured 2nd spot, but true to form the Vics got up and secured 2nd place.
So congrats again to both Female and Men's and keep the flag flying for Victoria........
That's the 2nd win the Vics have had in two weeks........the seniors won both shields and the overall as well so what a great tournament down at Forest Hills for all the Vics.
