Whats happen to Warren's classic competitions 2 in a year mtbov had one a month

Bowling Tragic
basically the same as everything else that AMF thinks up. The biggest floor with those tournaments was that the were handicap and the prize was a spot in a scratch tournament. Doesn't really make sense does it. The boronia one went reasonably well but then everyone found out what was happening so they basically didnt support the second one at moorabin.
If more people with lower averages supported these events then maybe AMF will run them on a regular basis. And as for the MTBOV I asked for entry forms regularly and nobody cared to either post them on Total Bowling or put them around in bowling centres. You couldn't get tournaments this cheap to bowl in even back when the MTBOV was thriving, it was costing around $100 for a return of $500. I'm happy to be corrected on this as it has been a number of years since the MTBOV was going strong, I will definitely be bowling and more than likley so will my wife so if you want these Tournaments to continue then lets get behind it and make it a great success.Hope to see some good numbers turn up.

In regard to MTBOV, that is now gone. They did ran some tournaments earlier in the year but lack of numbers caused it to eventaully stopped. Reasons why ... you just have to ask the bowlers that did turned up or those that didn't as to why it went down hill.
In the past I did post the entry form details on this site under the Victoria forum. So it was definitely on here. You just had to look for it.
The turnout for both Classics events in the first half were great. Hopefully that will continue and will be seen on the day.

Yeah Vi I know the mtbov has stopped, what I wanted to know is why warren hasn't had more classic's two this year three if you count the Dandy one and I hope to see you there
