The new site looks great !

BUT - what I am really interested in is the SST 5 copy shoes you have for sale for more than $100 less than the originals !!!

Has anyone here used these shoes :?: If so - how about a review or two!!!

I have a pair of the 4 soles shoes. Just wondering about getting replacement soles or if you could get the 5 sole pack for them?

Browny - thanks for the plug of the site. RE: those shoes, I used them for about 12 months when my SST5's died in the arse. The Banff XXT5 (I know original it ain't!) is a very well made shoe. It is as durable as the Dexters equivalent, and you can have any colour you like as long as it is Hunter Green LOL. They come with 4 soles and 4 heels and it all operates the same as Dexters. I can say that I found them to be a very competent shoe and you wont lose much by getting them in preference to Dexters.

Incidentally if you get the new generation of Dexter SST5's you only get 2 soles and heels now, the 4 pack of each is restricted to the new Dexter SST6's, so the Banff's are even better value. If you dont want to spend $385, then the Banff's at $210 are good value indeed.

vicbowler - the only replacement soles available are the Dexter replacement soles and heels. Your pro shop should be able to order them in for you and depending on their pricing structure you should be looking at approximately $25 to $30 per heel, and $35 to $40 per sole.

The Catch??? - I only use the "COME TO A STOP" heals and soles, so you wont get them off my shoes, but all the others I have in slightly used or as new condition. (8 sets in total - from my last two pairs of SST5's).
